Kaizen Approach to Engagement

black and white photo of 12 people sitting on chairs in a circle. One person in the middle of the photo is pointing at something (not seen) on the floor in the middle of the middle of the circle and everyone is looking in that direction. In the background there is a large whiteboard with indistinguishable writing on it.
A person wearing reading glasses looks at a wooden wall where a number of papers and post-it notes have been placed.
A black and white photo in which three people (one adult and two young people) are conversing. All three are seated and are wearing badges around their neck.
In a room with wood and brick walls, twelve people are seated in a circle and most of them are raising their hand. One person with their back to the camera is in a motorised wheelchair. On the wall at the back there are papers with coloured post-it notes on them.
