Our track record shows there’s no such thing as a ‘hard to reach’ group. Across 60 projects (engaging 16,000 people), over 60% of those we spoke to said they’d never been consulted with before.
We understand what it takes to reach a truly representative group. Depending on the needs of your project, we can engage a very tightly-targeted group – whether by age, ethnicity, gender, or experience. We always meet our targets.

These include street engagement, door knocking, stakeholder interviews, ethnographic research, community workshops, public consultations, and co-design processes. And, of course, not forgetting our innovative pop-up focus groups.
