Our Values

Working In Partnership and Creating Relationships

One of our key strengths is in listening to our clients. This allows us to develop a genuine partnership with them and to tailor work to fit their individual needs. This same listening and ability to create relationships is present throughout our work, whether with clients, our own contractors or participants on our projects.

Getting Results

Our commitment is to exceed expected results. The word Kaizen means ‘continual improvement’ and this is at the core of our approach. Whatever work we are involved in, we make sure that we have clear intended outcomes, that we do what we say and that we always are looking for ways to improve on what we do.

Celebrating Diversity

Celebrating difference and diversity is a central part of our ethos. Our model allows people to bring their individual style, culture and experience to bear, drawing out the strengths of these differences, whilst giving a consistency to the overall approach. This appreciation of the value of diversity applies equally to our contractors; the organisations we choose to work with; and the range of work we are involved in.

Corporate Responsibility

Kaizen is an organisation dedicated to making a difference with young people and communities. We believe that we have a responsibility as a business to not only provide a top quality service to our clients, but to demonstrate in principle and in our practice that it is possible to have a socially responsible and ethical company.

We see ourselves as part of a growing movement to create different versions of the traditional capitalist business model. For example, we are a company that has a triple bottom line – people, planet and profit – while we obviously have to make a profit, it will not be at the expense of individuals, communities or the planet. This is different from traditional companies that have a single bottom line of profit.

If you are interested in the possibility of working with Kaizen, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a free hour of consultancy or coaching on an issue you want support with.
